Our Location
Brojak Fishing Charters are based in Port MacDonnel, South Australia.
Port MacDonnell, known locally as “the Bay,” is situated at the southernmost tip of South Australia. Renowned as Australia’s Rock Lobster capital, the town thrives with a large lobster fishing fleet. Conveniently located along the limestone coast, it rests midway between the urban centers of Adelaide and Melbourne, offering easy access to the captivating Southern Ocean.
Skipper Brodie Williams
Brodie Williams is 3rd generation local professional fisherman who has always had a passion for fishing since he was 3 years old.
Brodie started fishing fulltime with his dad after leaving school and become a full time skipper 2018. He has been a member of the local offshore angling club since 2003 and has competed in their annual Tuna competition every year since he was a small fry, relishing the week off of school to attend competition.
He decide to start his own charter business in 2022 to share his passion for the ocean and fishing.
Crew Tom Clayfield
Tom Clayfield, who embarked on his fishing journey in 2006 and later joined the crew of our family fishing business in 2012, has now joined Brodie in his dream to operate his own Charter business.
Vessel Brojak
Step aboard the “Brojak,” a 61-foot planning hull powered by a robust 1000 hp Scania engine. Designed for practicality, the vessel features essential amenities, including a toilet, shower, and bunks in the forepeak. The expansive fishing deck ensures ample space for a comfortable angling experience.
For moments of reprieve and stunning vistas, the vessel provides a spacious enclosed verandah.
